Currently a broadcast news agent at UTA's Bienstock Divison, Johns was previously an executive at CBS News as the Director of Talent Development and Diversity. Johns was the first person to fill that position at CBS. Prior to that position, she worked for Allen/Nee Productions where she headed projects for CNN Newsource. Before then she was the manager and producer for local news channels in Baltimore and Boston. Previous to those posts, Johns was a producer and booker for the show "People are Talking" with Oprah Winfrey and Richard Sher.
