Adventures of the Little Green Dinosaur, 1972

This comic follows the adventures of a dinosaur named Picadillo (not named until chapter 2), who is cursed by a genie when he attempts to dust off a rug, which is revealed to be a flying carpet. The curse sends him through several different realities, first being the land of Oz, where he encounters a parody of Richard Nixon, followed by Arthurian England via a viking raid, and finally Baghdad. Sexual content and drug use/references are both present, with Picadillo having sex with several women throughout, and at one point imagining oral sex from a parody of Tricia Nixon while under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms.
