Abstract
The collection contains documentation on most, if not all, of the performance art programs associated with the School of Fine Arts at the University, although the primary focus is on the Connecticut Repertory Theatre program.
Arrangement
Researchers should be aware that the collection is currently arranged in the manner in which it was used by the various performance units of the School of Fine Arts. The collection contains files of programs by play as well as files for each specific performance but neither can be considered complete. The same is true for the audiovisual files. Recordings may be present in the collection for performances for which there is no other documentation and many performances may have been recorded but the recordings no longer exist. Photographic documentation may be found in both the performance files and the slide/photograph series or in one or the other. As processing continues cross-referencing may occur but researchers are strongly encouraged to review all series to determine what specific documentation exists for each performance.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
The collection was transferred to the University Archives in the Sing/Summer of 2019.
