Biography
Spring Hermann was born in Belleville, Illinois. She attended both Iowa and Indiana University, where she studied theater design and dramatic literature. When her husband, Vincent Gagliardi, became a member of the theater faculty at Central Connecticut State University, Ms. Hermann began to work on her Master’s degree in literature at the same institution. Over the course of her career, Ms. Hermann has written adult subscription histories, novels and biographies for children.
