History

The Storrs Draft Information Committee was a draft counseling center located at the Storrs Community House on North Eagleville Road. The draft counseling center was intended to help assist men of draft age during the Vietnam War with options to avoid military service, if possible. The primary source of aid came from information surrounding immigration to Canada.
