Abstract Victor J. Binks, in Manchester, CT, on July 17, 1924, was the son of the late Joseph and Henrietta (Sloane) Binks. He served in the Army during WWII as a Medic and graduated from UConn with a Bachelor's (1956) and Master’s (1960) in Mechanical Engineering.
