The AAO was a model for ‘new social life praxis’ that was formed under the understanding that is was not a utopia, but based on ten principles that were based to create a modern life without aggression or sexual repression. The document lists the ten principles and includes pictures of AAO carrying out their principles. The back page lists various locations of AAO groups all over the world, that also include the publishing location in Somerville, MA.
Abalone Alliance. Labor Task Force.
Features two pages of the twenty-two page Labor Outreach Guide for anti-nuclear activists. The booklet was created to help anti-nuclear activists communicate with labor activists about shared concerns. The pages feature a cartoon showing an interaction between two activists, as well as a descriptive statement by Jordon Baras, an ‘Environmentalist for Full Employment.’
Abbie Hoffman, 2008-01-13
This file contains a pages from the Art and Entertainment section from The Daily Sunday News (1/13/08) containing an article about Abbie Hoffman and Sascha Baron Cohen’s casting in a film, playing Hoffman. There is also a ‘People Weekly’ memorial issue for Abbie Hoffman dated (5/1/1989). The magazine features a six page story about Hoffman and his life.

Abortion Rights Movement of Women's Liberation.
“Announces Late Abortion up to 28 weeks” an advertisement for ARM’s (Abortion Rights Movement) services to aid women in receiving, specifically late term abortions, “when continued pregnancy is likely to result in death or impair a woman’s mental of physical heath…” ARM provided services like setting up appointments, accompanying the patient to appointments, drive the patient to lodging, etc. Also includes a letter from Sandra Sullaway, Los Angeles coordinator of ARM (February 23, 1979).

Each pamphlet is entitled “Wake Up America.” The first speech was given at a “Lions and Rotary Clubs” meeting in College Park, MD and the second was given at “South Carolina Insurance Day” in Columbia, SC. The third publication in the file is a flier entitled, “You Can Help Combat Communism” that includes an ‘8 Point Program’ written by Kacey.
