Augustus Jackson Brundage Papers
Born in Danbury, Connecticut, Augustus Jackson Brundage attended the Danbury public schools before entering the Connecticut Agricultural College at Storrs in September 1906. He was appointed State Club Leader for the Extension Service of the Connecticut Agricultural College and the United States Department of Agriculture in 1917. Mr. Brundage retired from the University in 1948 but remained active with the 4-H.

An artificial collection, the Connecticut Soldiers Collection was created to provide a starting point for research concerning the experiences of Connecticut servicemen from the Civil War through the Vietnam War. The sources for the materials are provided in the collection.
Connecticut Soldiers Collection, Dexter Wilcomb Papers
This collection of World War II memorabilia donated by Technician Third Grade, Dexter Wilcomb, contains a scrapbook maintained by Wilcomb that displays an award citation, photos, newspaper clippings, postcards , foreign currency, pressed flowers, and othre memorabalia for his time in Europe during WWII. Also in the collection are clippings from Army publications and war maps.

F. Lawrence Dow, of Hartford, Connecticut, served as chairman of the NAREB's Build America Better Committee. The Committee worked in the field of neighborhood conservation and rehabilitation. The collection consists of two scrapbooks (1961-1962) containing fliers and newspaper clippings documenting the committee's work.
New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Scrapbook Collection
For almost one hundred years the New York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad, better known as the New Haven Railroad, was the primary means of passenger and freight transportation in Southern New England. Chartered in 1872, this merger between the New York & New Haven and Hartford & New Haven railroads later included the long desired rail link between Boston and New York.
One Hundred Years of Women at UConn Collection
The 1991-1992 academic year at UConn marked the 100th anniversary of women on the Storrs campus. The anniversary was celebrated by a year-long series of programs to commemorate the achievements of women, particularly those at the University of Connecticut.
