The Chase Going Woodhouse Papers reflect Mrs.Dr. Woodhouse's activities and interests including family and women's issues, service to the state of Connecticut and people in her community, and her professional life. Materials include correspondence, reports, speeches, articles, photographs, notes, publications, and newsletters.

The Records of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators consists of newsletters from 1980-2010, flyers and brochures for the Annual Conference, and correspondence from the chapter's Regional Advisors for 1992.

At the time of its formation in 1866, the Hartford Association was one of the earliest Associations for young women in America, and the first community social agency in Hartford.
